A topping-out ceremony is a time-honored construction tradition that marks important project milestones. Typically, this celebration takes place when the final structural beam is raised into place, completing the building’s framework. The Layton Construction and Ascent project teams recently celebrated their progress with a topping-out ceremony for Camelback Residences.
