Ascent at the Phoenician Has Sold 110 Residences For Over $300m In Sales

With its Camelback Residences, Mountainside Residences, and Golf Villas, Replay has sold 110 residences for over $300m in sales.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – (March 6, 2024) – Ascent at The Phoenician® has now exceeded more than $300 million in sales of its Camelback and Mountainside Residences, and Golf Villas.
