We’re pleased to share the latest construction update as the Camelback Residences continue to evolve into one of the area’s most distinguished addresses. With exterior and interior craftsmanship progressing on every level, the transformation is unfolding. Continue reading for a closer look at the progress and what to expect in the coming weeks.

EXTERIOR PROGRESS

• Roofing is nearly finished, with just a few areas near the elevator remaining
• Final handrail installation is underway, adding the last details to our outdoor spaces
• Ground-level waterproofing is 99% complete, ensuring long-term protection and durability
• HVAC condensing units are in place, with systems preparing for startup
• SRP transformer pads are set, secondary lines are in, and we’re now awaiting transformer delivery from SRP
• Patio cable systems are being installed
• Final site grading begins in just two weeks
• Concrete work for garage entrances is scheduled to start

INTERIOR PROGRESS

First Floor

• Quality Control inspections have officially started
• Shower glass and fireplace tile installations are in progress
• The corridor has passed inspection and is ready for entry storefront installation next week
• In the loft units, box walks have begun, and drywall installation is scheduled for next weekSecond Floor
• Kitchen cabinetry and countertops are installed in many units
• Additional millwork is well underway
• Shower tile installations are in progress

Third Floor

• Wood flooring installation is in full swing
• Kitchens have been delivered and are being installed
• Paint is being finalized in later units
• Baseboard and trim are being added
• Patio tile installation is progressing

Fourth Floor

• Several units have passed their fire inspections
• Wall insulation is beginning
• As insulation wraps, drywall installation will follow
• Box walks are being scheduled for the final few units
• Electrical rough-ins are nearing completion
